SERVICE MENU

Cloth Recovery

• I use either Simonis or Championship Invitational, click for color chart.
• Labor is generally $300 per recovery, with discounts for commercial customers.
• Customers are welcome to provide their own cloth or purchase the cloth through me with a small mark-up.
• I use the Glen Hancock glue method with all simonis installations. Pictures
• I use pocket cuffs to hide staples and cuts in the pockets.

Leveling

• I use the low-low leveling system.
• I been trained to level Diamond tables with their built-in leveling system.
• I used several machinist levels.
• I super-glue the seams.
• I use either bondo or a bees-wax w/hardener to fill the seams.

Cushion Replacement

• All adhesive is removed from the sub-rails, we never cut the sub-rail to prep for gluing the new cushion. Pictures before and after
• We only use high-grade adhesive.
• Corners and sides are cut with precision mitering, not cut by hand. Pictures
• Premium facing are used and sanded flush. Pictures

Pocket Work

• Changing pocket angles by sanding facings. (reducing ball rattle)
• Reducing pocket size and or changing pocket angles by extending the sub-rail. I don’t stack facing, so don’t ask.

Sub-Rail Work

• Cutting away and replacing sub-rail to change the cushion bevel and maintain the correct playing field size.
• Replacing entire sub-rails on home tables.
• Replacing stapled-out areas rails. Pictures

Moving

• Dis-assembling and move to storage. Starting at $225
• Moving from storage and assembling. Starting at $300
• Moving from one location to another. Starting at $350
